fairly clean great value hotel with a great pool and a magnificent location not far from local attractions, the monorail station, and the party area and bts. new-fashioned, cheap room with terrace.
Quite bad views from the window.

The Heritage Bangkok is a magnificent and clean place with top-class staff. the services rendered by the staff are reasonable. the pool area is nice, and the location is magnificent, just a walk down to everywhere. It also offers the convenience of early check-in.

Great location next to Chong Nonsi BTS and 7-11. We were pleasantly surprised by the large corner studio provided. The renovations that have been done give the hotel a fresh feel.

We thought the heritage was the best of 3 hotels we stayed durin our two weeks in bangkok , the other 2 were 5 star twice the price and not half as nice !. its located in a nice part of silom road , right beside skytrain and just a short walk 2 patpong night market, will be returning in march too bangkok and will defo stay here
as we hadnt booked to stay here the last night and then decided to we had 2 be moved to the bigger suite corner studio ( whatever the most expensive room is ) the price wasnt the problem but it actually wasnt as nice as the cheaper room so i wud recommend going cheaper interior in those rooms is more modern

I like the cleanliness of the room and its close proximity to the Bts Chong Nonsi. The room is also very spacious wit lots of walking space.
The sauna didnt work when I was there. The temperature of the airconditioning seems a bit difficult to adjust and set.

My room was large with a huge window, it had had a new design, was clean and everything worked well incl. shower, aircon, safe, tv, etc. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was ok. The best: the hotel is right next to the Skytrain station Chon Nonsi and within walking distance of Silom shopping, bars & restaurants.
